Customer Service – Retail Banker

Bank of Marin, voted by employees as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay Business Journal nine years in a row, is looking for an eager, energetic and friendly Retail Banker to work at the San Rafael branch.

At Bank of Marin, Retail Bankers play a valuable role in a branch team. The Retail Banker must be proficient in providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service. The Retail Banker is responsible for processing deposits and the payout of funds in accordance with bank procedures. This position will be responsible for recording all transactions accurately and balancing each day.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year customer service and cash handling experience. Prior sales experience a plus. Ability to work at various locations if necessary. Computer literacy required.

Educational Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and or one year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
