Cintas is currently looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to increase “Customer Service Index” by ensuring high levels of satisfaction among customers. Selected individual will act as the main point of contact and will oversee all areas of fast-paced Customer Service Department by making independent decisions to assist customers. This position will train and may also be responsible to supervise Customer Service Reps, while working with sales, service, production, and administrative departments to deliver prompt resolution of customer questions and concerns. Duties are primarily conducted over the phone with customers and by keying information into the AS/400 database system.
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Typing and 10 keypad experience
• 1-3 years management experience in a customer service or call center preferred
• PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Intranet/Internet and AS/400 preferred
• High school diploma or GED required, four year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted preferred
