Office Manager


Superior Building Maintenance in San Carlos is seeking a motivated, experienced Office Manager to run daily operations. Must have excellent phone and personal communication skills, excellent computer skills, well organized, basic QuickBooks knowledge, Bilingual English/Spanish, able to perform tasks with very little supervision.

Responsibilities include:

Create estimates and service contracts
Accounts payable/Accounts receivable
Employee time log/ report payroll
Scheduling daily job and assign crews accordingly
Renew/obtain quotes for worker comp/liability insurance
Order office supply
Order janitorial supply for current contract accounts
Data entry/filing
Issue 1099 at the end of Fiscal Year
