The Reservations Agent is responsible for maximizing room revenue and occupancy as directed by the Director of Revenue. The Reservations Agent will also be responsible for answering calls from guests and assisting them with their reservation request. The Reservations Agent will assist in developing and maintenance of rate codes in the various systems, following up on no-show and late cancellation charges and ensuring that Guest History is updated and acted upon accordingly. He/She will also be responsible for handling guest requests and preferences in a timely, refined and bespoke manner.
The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The candidate must be self motivated, organized and multi lingual skills are preferred.
