Administrative Assistant position in Redwood City

Private commercial real estate firm seeking a part time administrative assistant to join office in Redwood City. Ideally, the schedule would be Monday — Thursday to start, with flexible hours between 9am — 6pm.

The skill set desired is a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (heavy Word Document processing), Outlook email and initiative in internet research as needed. Attention to detail and a reliable schedule are must-haves. Additional scope of the position includes making deposits at our local bank, copying, filing, preparing mailings, scanning and faxing as needed. There will be occasional interfacing with tenants in our office building(s) for receiving and logging in maintenance requests and reserving the conference room.
