We are looking to hire someone with previous work experience in a support role, preferably which a local sports team or tech start-up.
-Handle escalated issues with class and above and beyond Fan Happiness support
-Work with managers to report daily business operations
-Efficiently and proactively handle orders with customers and sellers utilizing sourcing and sales channels to constantly find the best result (that’s reasonable).
-Work with leads and managers to improve workflow and streamline efficiency
-Quickly answer incoming phone calls with high energy and impeccable communications
-Answer emails as a company spokesperson
-Place outgoing calls and follow up with customers via phone and text
-Be a passionate product expert and be able to answer and take ownership of any and all questions that come your way.
-Build loyalty among both new and returning customers to both fall in love and stay in love with Gametime.
-Provide above and beyond – WOW – GT experience, while helping customers with their purchasing needs
