As a Lead Technical Program Manager for Apps Incident Management, you’ll ensure that we build the right processes to prevent — and, where appropriate manage — incidents – always with the utmost respect for our users’ data. You’ll work side-by-side with Apps Engineers and with our key partners in Search, Android, and Cloud (among others) to manage the investigation of reported incidents to swift and solid closure. You’ll also shape the processes for Apps-specific incident management while maintaining a super-strong culture of trust, respect, and collaboration. You will be central to ensuring that Gmail, Inbox, Drive, Docs, Calendar and more remain the most innovative, useful, and trusted guardians of user data in the world.
