Office Assistant / Receptionist for S.F. Accounting and Consulting Firm

Moss Adams LLP, an S.F. Accounting and Consulting Firm, is seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist in our San Francisco office. The Office Assistant is committed to providing premier client service while performing a wide variety of work assignments in a team environment. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and the desire to work independently. General duties include sharing receptionist coverage, hoteling reservations and light clerical and administrative support. Other responsibilities include being a point of contact for facilities-related issues and providing light onsite IT support as needed. The Office Assistant must have strong PC skills, be highly-organized, detail oriented and have a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities:
• Manages requests for space reservations via the hoteling software system
• Maintains inventory and stocks kitchen and office supplies
• Provides reception coverage along with the other office assistant/receptionist
• Heavy volume of copying and binding of financial statements, presentations and proposals; reviews work for quality and accuracy
