Accounts Payable Specialist for Marin Nonprofit

Buckelew Programs is seeking a dynamic, experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to serve as an integral member of the Administration and Finance Team.

Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for carrying out accounting and paperwork tasks related to the compilation, maintenance and processing of company accounts payable transactions.

The Accounts Payable Specialist provides financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments of all creditors and vendors are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

This position will be fast-paced, require multi-tasking and good documentation, and the ability to adapt to change.
