HR ASSISTANT – N C H R A – SAN FRANCISCO – F/T

Job Description:

This position provides administrative support to the Chief, Human Resources and Organizational Services including responding to inquiries from staff on policy and benefits questions, maintenance of agency personnel files, preparation of routine correspondence, coordinating background and reference checks, conducting of new hire orientation, posting open positions on internal and external websites and assist or complete HR related projects. This position also will serve as secondary backup to front desk receptionist with the Agency’s main location.
